Volunteer Terms and Conditions
Liberate Artists INC. & Always, Enough Foundation (501c3)
The volunteer for this experience ("Volunteer") does hereby give their consent to participate in volunteering projects with Liberate Artists Inc. & Always Enough Foundation (collectively "Organizations"). Volunteer understands that the scope of Volunteer’s relationship with Organizations is limited to a volunteer position and that no compensation is expected in return for participation. Volunteer agrees that they are responsible for their own insurance coverage. They also agree that in the event of personal injury or illness while volunteering, with Organizations, they will release and forever discharge Liberate from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of volunteering with Organizations.
Volunteer confirms that all data, materials, knowledge and information generated through, originating from, or having to do with Liberate or persons associated with our activities, is to be considered privileged and confidential and is not to be disclosed to any third party. All pages, forms, information, designs, documents, printed matter, policies and procedures, conversations, messages (received or transmitted), resources, contacts, e-mail lists, e-mail messages, client, staff or public information is confidential and the sole property of Organizations. This also includes, but is not limited to, any information of, or relating to, our staff, clients, operations, sponsors, and activities. This privilege extends to all forms and formats in which the information is maintained and stored, including, but not limited to hardcopy, photocopy, microform, automated and/or electronic form. Client and donor information, including all file information, is not be disclosed to any third party, under any circumstances, without the consent of Organizations. Any disclosure, misuse, copying or transmitting of any material, data or information, whether intentional or unintentional, will subject Volunteer to disciplinary action and/or prosecution, according to the procedures set by Organizations and any applicable laws.
Volunteer grants Liberate and those acting on behalf of Organizations (videographers, photographers, staff, sponsors) the perpetual right to use Volunteer's name, photographs, videotape, sound, media, location, and/or likeness (“Media”) in any and all manner for social media, audio-visual programs, and promotional materials relating to any Liberate virtual or in-person event ("Experience"). Volunteer releases all legal rights of Media taken at Experience for use by Organizations.
Anti-Hate & Bullying Agreement
Hate of any kind is not prohibited at Organizations. This includes but is not limited to any virtual or in-personal activities. Any Volunteer who participates in hate or bullying will be permanently banned from volunteering with Organizations.
Agreement of All Terms
Volunteer confirms that they have agreed and read the contents of and agree to all agreements ("Terms and Conditions”). Volunteer hereby warrant that they have read the Terms and Conditions in its entirety and fully understand its contents and are voluntarily agreeing the same.

Be kind to your fellow committee members. Let everyone speak and be sure to listen.
Try To Complete All Tasks, Communicate If You Cannot
We have an open-door communication policy. If you cannot complete an assignment by the requested deadline, inform leadership and they will reassign the task to another volunteer.
48 Hour Communication Policy
To protect the donated time of other volunteers we request all volunteers to respond to all emails and task assignments within 48 hours. If leadership does not hear from you they will assume you are not available and will reassign the task.
Keep Your Social Media Clean
For the duration of your time volunteering with Organizations, we ask that you do not post any inappropriate content to your feeds if you are going to be promoting your volunteering in a public way throughout the use of your personal or professional social media accounts.
